Connor Bowes, Lucan. Suddenly at home; beloved son of David and Mary, loving brother of Claire and a much-loved grandson of Paddy, Maura and the late Bernard and Bernadette. Connor will be forever loved and very sadly missed by his heartbroken parents, his sister and her fiancé Ciaran, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends. Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Wednesday (7th January 2026) from 3pm to 5pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 10am in St. Patrick’s Church, Esker followed by Cremation in the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Gerard (Gerry) Delaney R.I.P.January 4, 2026
Gerard (Gerry) Delaney,Lucan, (formerly of Blackhorse Avenue, Dublin 7). Peacefully surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown. Gerard (Gerry), beloved husband of Margaret, cherished father of Gary, Jenny, Bryan and Kevin, devoted grandfather of Erin and Jacob and dear brother of Denis, Con, Pat and the late Jimmy, Tom and Richie. Sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Brian, daughters-in-law Naoimh and Isha, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home on Tuesday evening (January 6th) from 6pm to 8pm. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker, Lucan on Wednesday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by Cremation in Newland’s Cross Crematorium. Marie Fay (née Conroy) R.I.P.January 6, 2026
Marie Fay (née Conroy), Lucan, (formerly of Rialto, Dublin 8). Beloved wife of the late Charles and much-loved mother of Cathal, Róisín and Fiona. Sadly missed by her loving son, daughters, sister Sadie, brothers Jimmy and Seán, grandchildren Cian, Harry, Cillian, Anaïs, Saoirse and Chloé, sons-in-law George and Florian, daughter-in-law Aoife, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends and carer Eileen. Remembering also Marie’s late brothers Stephen and Padraig. Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Thursday evening (January 8th) between 6 pm and 8 pm. Removal on Friday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker arriving for Requiem Mass at 10 am followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Donations in lieu of flowers to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross, Blackrock and Wicklow in Memory of Marie Fay (née Conroy).
