Josephine (Josie) Murphy (Née Smyth) Lucan and formerly of The Ward, Co. Dublin. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff at James Connolly Memorial Hospital. Dear mother of Ella, Michael, Bernice, Marie, Sandra and Hilda. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great granddaughter Mia, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, her dearest friend Tessie, relatives and friends. Reposing at her daughter Ella’s home on Thursday evening (February 20th) between 6pm and 8pm. Removal on Friday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Esker, Lucan arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in The Ward Cemetery, Co. Dublin.
